As Co-Founder of Eleva Consulting, Lorett partners with entrepreneurs and leadership teams to uncover opportunities, refine their vision, and implement strategies that support long-term success. Her collaborative approach combines creativity with practical business insight, empowering clients to build brands that are not only recognizable but also profitable and positioned for continued growth.

Beyond the business
Outside of Eleva, Lorett has been happily married for more than 30 years to her husband, Kenneth, and together they have raised three incredible children. Family is her greatest inspiration. When she isn't working with clients, you'll likely find her traveling, dancing, or tending to her garden.

Finance and operations executive with two decades of experience leading a multi-generational family business enterprise across retail, real estate, agriculture, and ranch management.

As Chief Financial Officer, Gabriela oversees the financial strategy and health of a diversified portfolio of companies spanning retail and grocery, real estate, agriculture, and ranch management, bringing financial discipline and long-term thinking to businesses that span very different industries and operating rhythms.
Alongside her CFO role, Gabriela is a partner in a gourmet food and hospitality brand, where she leads operations, logistics, and marketing. This dual vantage point, high-level financial strategy on one side and hands-on operational execution on the other, makes her as comfortable in a boardroom discussion of capital allocation as she is untangling a supply chain bottleneck or refining a brand's customer experience.
Gabriela is also cofounder of Eleva Consulting, a venture she is building alongside a business coach to support leaders across every role of an organization, from founders and executives to the operational teams that keep a business running day to day.

Beyond the business
Gabriela has been married since 2000 and is the mother of four children. Outside of work, she is a devoted researcher and lifelong learner, and finds joy in exercise, music, reading, time with friends, good food, travel, and time with her husband. Lately, she has come to love being a beginner again, approaching new skills and experiences with curiosity rather than expertise.
